To the Residents of Bridge Apartments:
MAINTENANCE CHECK!! Please sign up for a time, you can do so by submitting a contact form on this website. If you don’t sign up, this is your notice. We will be stopping by Tuesday April 15th, 2nd floor (Apts 201-226) and Wednesday April 23rd for the 3rd floor (Apts 301-315)
Buildium: We will be moving away from Buildium. (The program mentioned in our last
communication letter.) After considering our options we have decided to update our website
for easier payment information and maintenance requests online.
Caretaker/Maintenance: Thank you to James for his service this past year! He has moved on to new things and will no longer be providing maintenance services. You still have the option to fill out our Maintenance Work Order form and place in the box OR go to website as stated above.
A level 3 diploma can also support people who are already expected to train or guide others at work. Supervisors, team leaders, and experienced staff may need to explain procedures or support new employees. A structured qualification can help them understand how to do this more effectively. It may also provide evidence of commitment to learning and development. This can strengthen confidence when taking on training-related responsibilities.
